DTI partners Saitex to promote trade

IN A long-term partnership, the SA International Trade Exhibition (SAITEX) and the Department of Trade & Industry (DoT&I) have agreed to co-operate in the field of international trade promotion. According to the minister of trade and industry, Mandisi Mpahlwa, the partnership forms “part of an initiative to meet the DoT&I’s objectives - in terms of increased exports and the attraction of investment in SA through trade”. Preparations for the 2004 SAITEX trade exhibition have begun. It will be held at Gallagher Estate, Midrand, Gauteng on October 5-8.
