CMA CGM enters intra-Asia market

CMA CGM has launched a new service - China 1 - in the intra Asia market in partnership with CNC (Cheng Lie Navigation) and YML (Yang Ming Line).
The lines will deploy four vessels of 1500 teus average capacity offering a weekly fixed day departure.
The rotation will be : Qingdao (North China) , Shanghai (Central China), Hong Kong (South China), Manila (Philippines), Jakarta (Indonesia), Surabaya (Indonesia), Manila (Philippines) , Hong Kong (South China), Qingdao (North China).
“The introduction of this new service will enhance the network of our existing services to and from Asia,” says Johannesburg-based general manager CMA CGM SA Pam Yerushalmy.
