The announcement of the date of South Africa’s general election on April 22 has thrown many schedules into disarray – among them the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport: South Africa’s three-day industrial building workshop. Originally scheduled for April 21-23, the event will now be held on June 23, 24 and 25. Titled “Designing and Constructing Optimised Industrial Buildings (Warehouses, Factories and Related Infrastructure),” the workshop aims to bring the local industry up to speed on global trends.
