Against the background of
the global recession, all eyes
will be focused on this year’s
salary survey of the clearing
and forwarding industry to be
published in June/July this year.
Undertaken every two years
by Lee Botti & Associates in
conjunction with PE Corporate
Services (PECS), the survey is
calling for participation from
the industry.
“It is highly recommended
for any company who needs
to benchmark their salaries,
particularly in a changing
economic climate,” LBA
director Kim Botti told FTW.
“All data will be treated with
complete confidentiality and in
no way will the confidentiality
of any of the participating
companies be breached when
documenting the final result.
Only one copy is given to the
designated executive of each
participating company.”
Companies wishing to
participate should contact
Adele Slotar, the principal
remuneration consultant of
PECS, before March 13 at
adeles@pecs.co.za or Kim
Botti at kimb@nowjobs.co.za .
LBA initiated the survey
in 1983 and now works in
partnership with PECS in
marketing the survey for them.
