Broad-based offering creates opportunities

The company currently has three warehouses conveniently located within 5 km of the City Deep terminal. “This makes our facility a cost effective alternative when taking into account crosshaulage charges,” says Moodley. “Space is always an issue and most warehousing outfits are purely a side offering to the main course, which is the provision of cartage and distribution which are far more lucrative. “But the more infrastructure and equipment that a company can provide, the more opportunities there are to capitalise on spinoffs which lead to added group revenue,” says Moodley.
