TRANSNET HAS sold its fleet management and leasing business, Viamax Holdings, to the Bidvest Group. According to Transnet CEO Maria Ramos, the deal was effective on March 31 but is still subject to regulatory approvals. It’s a further step in Transnet’s mission to shed non-core assets.
