SOUTH AFRICAN exporters should consider the direct option first when moving goods to Sydney, Australia.
Around 15 tons can be uplifted on any of the five-times-a-week Qantas Airways flights, says Cindy Wilson (formerly Tiley), who took over as freight manager, southern Africa at the beginning of February.
She admits to 'feeling sore' after losing the same role at Austrian Airlines where she served for five years until the airline decided to withdraw from the South African route.
