Simon Anderson is acting as c.e. of the Transport Operators Association in Zimbabwe following the sudden death of Arthur Sandwith at the age of 68.
Colleagues and transport executives have paid tribute to Sandwith, who had been running the association for the last six years. Involved in transport all his life he had previously been a senior official in the
ministry of transport and head of the national road safety organisation.
Dedicated, hardworking, patient and extremely knowledgeable was how
a transport executive described him.
