Airlink is adding another new route to its expanding intra-Africa network with the launch of its Johannesburg-Entebbe service.
Four flights a week will operate on the route from July 19, offering connections with Airlink’s domestic and regional network, which reaches across many southern African destinations. The schedule will be made available at a later stage.
“Entebbe, situated on the shores of Lake Victoria, serves Kampala, which is Uganda’s economic and trading hub, but is also an important gateway to the eastern Africa economic community and the Great Lakes region, which represents a significant market. Our flights will enable and strengthen closer relations and activity between the southern and eastern Africa blocs,” says Airlink CEO and MD, Rodger Foster.
