‘A smile and professional approach opens doors'

Starting a family early on in her demanding freighting career has stood Khanye Staffing Solutions’ Carol Britz in good stead as she’s learnt the skills to be able to juggle both without compromising either. She started as executive recruiter with Khanye two years ago and began her career in freight in 2002, having chosen it for the challenges it brings. “The freight Industry is exciting and ever-changing,” says Britz. And she has seen no prejudice towards the fairer sex. Clients are more interested in finding the right person with the right skills and culture fit, she says. Being professional and knowing your product and being able to offer a great service to clients has been my main focus and part of my success,” she adds.
