My software client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with more than five years' experience as an Operations Controller within the Clearing and Forwarding industry who is looking to leverage their industry expertise in a technology-driven environment
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
Deliver software-training, consultations, and best practice guidance to new and existing clients
Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients and present additional solutions to existing clients
Coordinate new client implementations
