Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within logistics, fleet operations, transport management or last mile delivery environments.
- Proven experience working with route management, driver performance monitoring and delivery optimisation systems.
- Strong driver management experience, including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage owner-drivers or delivery teams within a high volume, service driven operation.
Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Driver Manager to take ownership of a dedicated fleet of owner-drivers within a fast paced last mile logistics operation.
Additional Information:
This role is responsible for managing the daily performance, compliance, engagement and productivity of approximately 17 drivers while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. Ideally suited to a hands on logistics professional who thrives in a high pressure environment and is passionate about leading teams, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service.
