Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within last mile distribution, courier, logistics, supply chain or hub operations environments, with proven P&L accountability.
- Experience working within high volume eCommerce, parcel delivery, fulfilment or distribution operations would be highly advantageous.
- Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate. This is a fully on site position.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with hands on operational leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships while driving operational performance and profitability.
Description:
A proven courier and logistics leader is sought for a fast paced, high accountability environment. This opportunity offers full ownership of a major Cape Town courier hub, with responsibility for operational performance, service delivery, team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
