Description:
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an Applications Support Engineer to join their team.
- Assist BPM team with administration of systems and general settings i.e., CargoWise One, SAGE, Parcel Perfect
- Assist BPM team in ensuring system security and user control
- Schedule training with trainer and user as requested or where the need is identified
- Finding solutions to operational processes versus system gaps, e.g. using SQL queries
- Documenting processes and user guides
- Assisting the BPM team to assign and attend to EDI Helpdesk tickets
- Follow up and close tickets within the allocated time frame
- Assist with implementation of system projects when required, e.g. EDI integration projects, application upgrades
- Manage Integration & Automation projects
