Senior Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, detailed quotations for sea freight (FCL/LCL).
• Obtain and compare rates from international agents and service providers.
• Ensure all cost elements (freight, surcharges, local charges, ancillary services) are factored into estimates.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop tailored, cost-effective client solutions.
• Respond to customer requests for pricing with urgency, accuracy and value-adding insight.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and service providers.
• Negotiate competitive rates to secure business when required.
• Manage high volumes of quotation requests with quick turnaround times.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a pricing, estimating, or quotations role within an NVOCC, freight forwarder, or shipping company.
• Strong understanding of sea freight processes (FCL/LCL).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests efficiently.
