Matric
Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification
Need to have worked for reputable corporates
Must have people management experience
Must be willing to hunt for new business to supplement the commercial team where necessary
Commercial team reports to the branch manager, there is a dotted line reporting to this role
Travel required to each branch - Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport
My client is seeking a National Commercial Manager for their Express and Domestic Division
Develop and execute the national commercial strategy in alignment with regional and global goals
Identify new market opportunities, channels, and sectors to expand revenue streams
Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and performance review processes
Oversee all sales and account management teams across regions
Champion a customer-centric culture and retention strategy
Quarterly commission/incentive structure
