ALAN PEAT THOSE IMPORTING second-hand clothing would do well to note that they have until November 11 to submit a completed questionnaire – a vital measuring tool for calculating the applicable quotas. The questionnaire was published by the International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC) at end-September, trade consultants, Deloitte, told FTW.
