As part of its development process in South Africa, CMA CGM Shipping Agencies has appointed Paul Zunckel as GM sales and marketing, effective since January 16. “He has many years’ experience in shipping in this country,” said Arnaud Thibault, MD CCSA and regional director for southern Africa, “and will focus on developing our sales activity and monitoring the customer service quality for CMA CGM and DELMAS in SA.” Based in Durban, Zunckel will co-ordinate with branch managers Aida Perumal in Cape Town, Cheryl Posthumus in Johannesburg, Tracy Lovemore in Port Elizabeth, and Johannesburg-based national sales manager, Sharon Maguiere.
