TNPA and Port of Cabinda sign MoU

Yesterday saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) and the Port of Cabinda, Angola that will see closer collaboration between the ports in the areas of skills sharing, maritime training and institutional capacity building in South Africa.

The MoU was signed in Johannesburg by TNPA CE Richard Vallihu and Emmanuel Nazareth Neto, CEO of the Port of Cabinda.
