The SARS’ Current Customs Agreements on Mutual Assistance The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has announced that as at 20 May 2005 it had a number of Customs Agreements on Mutual Assistance, which had either been ratified, signed but not ratified, and agreements negotiated.
