SA CONTAINER Depots Cape Town has acquired a 3000m2 warehouse close to the Cape Town container terminal, primarily to serve the growing wine industry in the Western Cape.
A further 1 500m2 is available should the demand arise.
“SACD is positioning itself as a major supplier to the wine industry in the Cape with substantial interests in all aspects of the supply chain,” said marketing manager for the Western Cape, Johan Dobies.
Future plans include a state-of-the-art warehouse close to the port and a warehouse and transport network in the winelands.
