Talks go ahead in Bollore acquisition

ALAN PEAT THE SHIPPING line CMA-CGM is busy in negotiations with the French-based Bollore Group for the acquisition of its shipping operations. These are exclusive negotiations, according to information released to FTW by CMA-CGM SA MD Pam Yerushalmy, and are expected to be concluded by end-July. Bollore owns the two specialist Africa carrier lines OTAL and Delmas.
