THE LONG-vacant chief executive chair at Spoornet has been filled. Dolly Mokgatle, head of Eskom’s transmission division, has been appointed to the post. A qualified attorney, she has been in the Eskom group since 1991 where she has filled several senior management positions. The post has been vacant since the departure of Zandile Jakavula in May last year.
