South Africa looks to Brazil for corn imports

Brazil has begun exporting corn to drought-stricken South Africa as the South American nation seeks new markets for its growing corn production.

Last year Brazil exported 321 662 tonnes of corn to South Africa, according to data from the Brazilian Trade Ministry.
