DR Franklin Sonn, first ambassador to the United States of the democratically elected South African government, has been appointed to the board of Capespan Holdings.
Dr Sonn, executive chairman of the Africa Group Corporation, is a well-known academic holding doctorates from nine international universities. He serves on the boards of a number of South African corporate companies as well as on several local and international educational and multi-cultural organisations.
Capespan's chairman Dr Paul ClŸver says the group is looking forward to the extensive experience and expertise that Dr Sonn will bring.
