SA restart of oil imports from Iran will have to wait

foreign minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane was reported as saying that Pretoria was keen to restart oil imports from Iran – prior to sanctions, SA’s biggest oil supplier.

But, meanwhile, SA’s four crude oil refineries have told Reuters news agency that any resumption of imports from Iran will have to wait until all the western world sanctions against that country are wound down.
