SA-China deals top R94bn

South Africa and China signed 26 agreements worth R94 billion at the Union Buildings in Pretoria yesterday (December 2).

The agreements include an action plan aimed at accelerating major project bilateral cooperation between the two nations.

The action plan is primarily targeted at locomotive procurement, investment in renewable energy and industrial parks, as well as promotion of trade, according to a statement by The Presidency.
