FOLLOWING THE completion of the N4 Maputo Corridor, ANE (Administracao Nacional de Estradas), the Road Agency of the Mozambican Government, has awarded SA construction company Basil Read a R150m contract for the rehabilitation of the EN 102, a 244km road between Vanduzi and Changara. The contract forms part of the government's ten-year programme to upgrade the country's infrastructure. The project will be 90% funded by the African Development Bank with the remaining 10% by the Mozambican government.
