FORWARDING COMPANY Renfreight has just launched a national sales training drive.
The 50 members of the commercial team have just completed a three-module training programme designed to enhance a "professional approach" to selling.
"Extensive industry knowledge is essential to being a successful sales person within the freight industry," said national sales manager, Sheldon Cockcroft.
"Our ongoing external training modules are supplemented by internal hands-on training, a programme which equips staff with the skills to interpret customer requirements, and to package value around freight movements."
