Recruitment specialist opens its doors

RECENTLY-LAUNCHED freight recruitment specialist Tiger Recruitment sees the skills shortage as a challenge rather than a setback. Launched in March this year and based in Kempton Park, the company is headed up by Terri Smith who has more than 20 years experience in the freight industry, with assistant Natasha Kruger. “We see ourselves as the freight specialist who offers innovative employment solutions through professionalism, leadership and quality,” says Smith. “We have successfully penetrated the market, with a number of small operators as well as large blue chip global companies already on our books,” she said.
