Tomas Dyrbye
joined Safmarine six
months ago after a
long background with
Maersk Line.
“The multi-branding
is here to stay,” says
Dyrbye, who has
embraced the new
culture with alacrity.
Drawing on a
sporting analogy,
he explains: “On
the soccer field you
may be playing for
Manchester United
one season and Real
Madrid the next –
whatever your team,
you play to win. And
that’s no different for
me at Safmarine.
“I don’t have a
grandiose plan – but
my immediate vision is
to emerge strong from
the current crisis.”
