A CHANGE of name has followed the change of shareholding with Grindrod Perishable Cargo Agents replacing the former Röhlig PCA label. Last year Grindrod purchased the majority shareholding from Röhlig in the then Röhlig PCA. The company is now 75% owned by Grindrod, with managing director, Peter Krafft, retaining the balance of the shares.
