HOMING IN on increased business opportunities to Mozambique, Zambia and the DRC, a new operator, Agin Logistics, has opened its doors in Gauteng. “We will offer clearing and forwarding, import and export services in sub-Saharan Africa as well as to all South African centres,” says operations director, Sam Mabunda. “Currently we are subcontracting to local courier companies.” The chief executive of the new company is Paul Nkuna, a former lecturer and researcher. Mabundla, a lawyer, is focusing on the provision of client-specific services. Meshack Sebuyi, the sales and marketing manager, brings 15 years experience in the freight industry to the position.
