NEPAD HAS formally endorsed the annual Doing Business in Africa conference to be run by the UCT Graduate School of Business (GSB) in September. This is the first time that NEPAD has put its weight behind a South African business school event of this nature, according to conference director Loyiso Mbabane. The UCT GSB’s first Africa conference was staged in 2004 in order to create a forum where business, government and academia could engage on opportunities for business in Africa.
