Mozambique seems certain to privatise a large proportion of its state-held companies, according to the latest statement from the state stake-holding company, Igepe.
It said that more than half of the portfolio of 117 shareholdings that it currently manages is being assessed as part of “a comprehensive strategy for a privatisation process”.
