AFTER THE recent amalgamation of the Logistics Institute of SA (Lisa) into the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport: SA (Ciltsa), the new combined body will be taking to the roads round the country during July and August. National president Barlow Manilal and previous Lisa chairman Martin Bailey will be visiting four provinces – and presenting a roadshow to inform and update members, with a back-up question and debate session. The roadshow is planned for Kwazulu-Natal on July 5, Eastern Cape (July 19), Western Cape (August 2) and Gauteng (August 23). The two executives will also be delivering industry presentations – Manilal on supplier parks, and Bailey on the latest trends in warehousing.
