ED RICHARDSON
A PRIVATE investment company is planning to develop a 14 hectare logistics hub near East London. The Fort Jackson property is expected to become one of the larger logistics hubs in Buffalo City, according to Novate strategic development manager Grant Wheatley. To be known as Logistec Industrial Park, the property is equi-distant from King William’s Town and East London, and minutes from the N2 interchange to Port Elizabeth, Durban and Mthatha.
