‘WBCG has played integral role in development of SAD’ I refer to the article 'Industry happy at SAD roll-out' (FTW August 12, 2005) and must state that we do not fully agree with this article. It makes reference to the MCLI, but in real effect the SAD is not applicable on that route yet. We want to note that the Walvis Bay Corridor Group has been integral in the development of this document which is now in use between Namibia, RSA and Botswana. We want to highlight that we initiated the use of the SAD in the region and that the article can be misleading to readers. We would like to request you to be sensitive to articles which can send out the wrong message and which can jeopardise development of our potential market.
