K&N gets prime medical deals

IN A vote of confidence for Kuehne & Nagel, leading supplier of dialysis products and services worldwide, Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland, has chosen the forwarding major as operator for its new distribution centre in Gernsheim, Germany.
Still under construction, the facility will serve as a warehouse and distribution centre for Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia The new logistics terminal provides space to store approximately 32.000 pallets on 15.000 square metres.
Based on a 5-year contract Kuehne & Nagel will be responsible for all logistics services related to the sensitive and high value products of the medical company.
