LOGISTICS MAJOR Kuehne & Nagel has extended its ownership stake in Orient Transport Co Cairo (OTC), its joint venture partner in Egypt, by purchasing the 50% previously held by International Associated Cargo Carrier SAE. The now wholly owned subsidiary in Egypt operates under the name Kuehne & Nagel. The joint venture has operated since 1984.
