Jodi Haigh appointed sales manager

Jodi Haigh has been appointed sales manager of FTW, effective immediately. She joined the freight team in 2006, bringing to the position five years’ experience in sales and marketing, predominantly in the courier industry. While her initial core focus was on developing FTW Online, she soon became involved in sales and marketing of the print publication as well. “When it comes to advertising it’s not just about making a sale but rather about doing what’s in the client’s best interests,” she said, “and that will continue to be my goal. “My immediate focus will be to build on the successful FTW model that has evolved over the past 40 years and to grow the southern African freight community via a range of online social and business media.” Jodi is married to Gareth, who is also in the logistics industry, and has two children, four dachshunds and a parrot.
