In your publication dated 27 March, you mentioned a competition that was being held by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers to raise funds for its education bursary fund.
On 27 May 1998, at a luncheon held at the Point Yacht Club in Durban, the draw
was made and the winners announced. First prize, a four-day cruise on the Symphony to Mozambique for two persons sponsored by Mediterranean Shipping Company was won by Anthony Reis of Manica Freight in Johannesburg. Freight City of Cape Town sponsored the second prize, a 51-cm colour television, and the winner was Carmen White of Indian Ocean Line. Colin Campbell of Island View Shipping won the 3rd prize, a portable radio/CD player sponsored by ICS.
