WHEN IT comes to ease of doing business, Lesotho ranks 97 out of 155 countries internationally and 11th out of 36 African countries, according to the World Bank. Compared to South Africa – its only neighbour – its taxes are slightly lower but it takes longer to start a business, register property or import goods.
