How can the industry fill the skills gaps?

Are you struggling to fill a new position? Or trying to find a job? It’s no secret that there are major skills gaps in the industry, but what needs to be done to plug those gaps?

FTW Online’s sister publication, Freight & Trading Weekly (FTW),  is conducting a survey to establish where the skills gaps are, look at how the industry can attract new talent, establish whether the current training options are adequate and look at the opportunities for career advancement within the industry. The results will be published in a special report in FTW in September.
