SOUTH AFRICA last week signed an air services agreement with Hong Kong, that country's first such agreement with an aviation partner in Africa.
The agreement provides a legal framework for the development of air services between Hong Kong and South Africa. At present Cathay Pacific Airways and South African Airlines each operate three passenger services per week on the route on a code-share basis.
