Customers now come to us when they are looking for a company skilled in the movement of intricate cargoes – by sea, road and rail.” The company has a fleet of long-distance trucks at its disposal for abnormal and overweight cargoes – with all of the trucks and trailers fitted with satellite tracking devices. “We have our staff monitoring the traffic real-time, and we are able to support the customers with live tracking 24/7. For abnormal loads, our team provides clients with updated tracking reports from the time containers are stacked until empty turn-in – and we can also arrange movement of cargo to Zambia, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Gaborone and the DRC.” Immediacy is another offering, with SAIL’s 3 000-sqm warehouse conveniently situated on South Coast Road, Mobeni, very close to the Port of Durban. “We also have our own rail account with Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) and concentrate on the movement of containerised project traffic throughout SA and the neighboring countries.
