In a bid to help businesses increase efficiency while keeping costs to a minimum, CompuClearing has joined WiseTech Global in partnering with a New Zealand-based company called Viago. The motivation behind this partnership, according to Moshe Zulberg, group business development director at CompuClearing, is that Viago runs a revolutionary course – called Black Belt in Thinking (BBIT) – based on the Theory of Constraint. “This boot camp,” he said, “teaches you how to deal with day-to-day work and ensures that you are able to focus on what needs to be done to allow you to achieve the effect that you want for your business.” “You are therefore able to come out of this with tools to reduce uncertainty, ensure that you are able to resolve conf licts, and provide clear delegation.” After the successful implementation of BBIT at CompuClearing, the company will introduce the eightday BBIT Boot Camp to SA in October. “This,” Zulberg said, “will allow the industry to accelerate productivity in sub-Saharan Africa. “In addition to BBIT, we are also bringing in the Workf low Productivity Workshop (WPW). This is a short two-day workshop which focuses on allowing you to create a productivity culture within your organisation.” It’s part of CompuClearing’s focus on bringing this productivity culture to South Africa, he told FTW.
