THE GOVERNMENTS of Finland and South Africa will contribute six million Euros to a four-year support programme for small businesses in the country. The money will go towards the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), a government agency tasked with supporting and growing the small enterprise sector in South Africa.
