Fastjet has had to delay the launch date of its new route linking OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) with Victoria Falls (VFA). The airline last week announced the launch of a direct service on the route.
“The timings of the flights need to be customer-centric,” says CCO of fastjet, Richard Bodin. The JNB-VFA route was scheduled to launch on February 3. The airline has said that scheduled flights cannot be confirmed until it has engaged with tour operators to ensure that they are flying optimal frequencies.
