CENTRAL location and access to major arterial routes have been the major selling points for Improvon Property Group’s two warehouse developments with offices at Airport City adjacent to Cape Town International Airport. The first phase has been completed for Transmart and occupies 1500m² on the 9641m² erf. Work is currently in progress on the second unit of 2500m² for Expo Liquor, part of the Distell Group. “The access-controlled, landscaped environment has proved to be most attractive for our clients and the low maintenance buildings are ideal for streamlined materials handling in the warehouses,” Improvon marketing manager Grant Lewington told FTW. “The site’s close proximity to the workforce and excellent access to public transport routes have also contributed to the success of the development.” Improvon offers a total property development, construction, investment and management solution.
